Delivery Information

At Awaken Collectables we use Australia Post for our shipping needs.

When do you ship once my order is placed?
We aim to have the order posted the same day, otherwise within 24h of placing the order.

The agreed method and price paid selected during the checkout process is the method we will use in accordance to Australia Post's guidelines.

If a mistake was made on our behalf (for example the correct shipping based on the selection in your order is correct but shipping ended up being miscalculated and cost us more) we will wear the cost.

If however an order is made and paid for consisting of:

      (Example Order)

• 13x Individual Trading Cards
• 1x Trading Card Booster Box

And an option of "Domestic Letter with tracking <12 Cards -$3.00" is selected, We have right to withhold the order until the agreed difference is paid for.

If 48h has passed after initial contact about the order without hearing back from you we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Where is my order?

On sending your completed order through the Australia Post system we will provide you with tracking information supplied to us by them to be able to keep track of product(s) purchased.

Unfortunately because it is not an aspect that is in our control we can also only go by their guidelines which can be found on their website here.

If there has been an extended delay in time or no updates on their behalf in regards to your order please contact us and we will aid in finding out anything we can.
